Fuel for Performance is now on The Library Aesthetic

Drawing from clinical experience (1:1 working with dancers) and working with groups (e.g. webinars), we have created a completely new course to support dancers in finding the diet that works best for them, keeps them healthy, and also supports their optimal performance (training and shows).

This course covers everything dancers of today need to know about  macronutrients (carbohydrates, protein and fats), micronutrients (vitamins, minerals, polyphenols), it discusses the differences between plantbased and animal foods, popular diets and if they’re suitable for dancers, the course has 3 special chapters with a) brain health and the intersection between nutrition and mental health, b) gut health and the gut-brain-axis, and c) oral health. Specific performance aspects are energy availability, energy balance, and relative energy deficiency in sport with its causes and symptoms. Last but not least, exemplary schedules teach the dancers how to structure their meals and snacks, as well as what they need, when, and why – and this is supported by a 45-pages workbook!

Our aim is to support you becoming an independent and autonomous dancer, being able to make your own food choices, enjoy a newfound food freedom, and take your performance to the next level. And ultimately dance healthier and happier for longer

Course starts: self-pace

Can’t wait to see you in the course 🙂
